2-STEP FILTER SETUP
The D-IONIZR water filtration system has been designed to simplify washing.
With the bigboi D-IONIZR system, it allows you to wash your car without the
inconvenience of water spots during the washing/drying process. Let's see how the unit works.
The first filter is a composite carbon filter designed to remove hardness levels from your water. This also adds an extreme benefit to the D-IONIZR filter as the water passing through it will be much cleaner, extending the life of your cartridges. We have seen a 20% increase in the D-IONIZR cartridge with this setup.
The 2nd filter is a demineralized resin that will filter water to 0 PPM (parts per million). The newly developed bypass valve allows the user to simply choose whether they want to use the filtration system during the full wash cycle or only during the final rinse cycle to extend the life of the cartridges. Bigboi has seen the benefits of using the system during a full wash cycle by noticing better foam formation during the wash process with demineralized water. Using this system during a full wash is optional and can be adopted if desired. The built-in digital TDS meter will read the incoming and outgoing TDS water hardness levels, informing the performance of the unit.
PERFORMANCE:
1 standard deionized cartridge alone will filter approximately 1,200 liters.
This is based on your water hardness level which is 100 TDS or less. When working inline with our carbon filter, it will achieve 20% (1,440 liters) more efficiency, depending on your
water levels. By using the system only during a rinse cycle, you will be able to use it
between 80 and 96 washes.
