Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Carriers and Processing Times

Carriers Used

We ship orders via Nationex, GLS Canada, or Canada Post. The choice of carrier is determined based on the delivery address and the contents of your order.

Important note regarding P.O. Boxes: Only Canada Post supports delivery to P.O. Boxes. Specific shipping fees will apply to any delivery to a P.O. Box, regardless of the order amount.

Order Processing Times

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after processing.

Please note: This timeframe may be extended during periods of high order volume or statutory holidays. We cannot guarantee carrier delivery times during these periods.


2. Pricing and Shipping Fees

The required amount for free shipping is calculated on the order subtotal before taxes and after any promotions are applied.

Exclusion: The purchase of gift cards does not count toward the minimum amount eligible for free shipping.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can monitor your parcel directly on the websites of our carriers:

  • Nationex

  • GLS Canada

  • Canada Post


4. Local Pickup (In-Store Pickup)

You may choose in-store pickup when placing your order.

Availability timeframe: “In-store pickup” orders are generally ready within 1 hour of ordering.

Notification: A confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

5. Winter Conditions (Freeze-Sensitive Products)

Although product labels may indicate “do not freeze” (a safety precaution for storage), most of our products can withstand a few freeze/thaw cycles without permanent damage.

If your products arrive frozen, rest assured they will regain optimal performance once thawed.

Homogeneous solutions, coatings, and SiO₂-type products (often solvent-rich) are chemically very stable and generally not affected by freezing.


6. Delivery Responsibility and Safety (IMPORTANT)

Customer Responsibility

Centre de l’Auto Élégance releases all responsibility once the parcel leaves our facility. The customer is responsible for providing an address that ensures secure delivery.

Required Presence or Secure Location

The customer must be present to receive their parcel or designate a secure location where it can be left (e.g., locked box, discreet spot, trusted neighbor).

Any fees resulting from a failed delivery attempt, second delivery attempt, or return are the customer’s responsibility.

Stolen Parcels

Centre de l’Auto Élégance assumes no responsibility for stolen parcels, whether they were handed directly to the customer or left in the secure location indicated by the customer.

Signature Required Option

If you would like to require a signature upon delivery, please request it in the comments section of your order. Additional fees may apply.
