Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Carriers and Processing Times

Shipping Carriers Used

We ship orders using Nationex, GLS Canada, or Canada Post. The specific carrier may vary depending on the delivery location and the contents of your order.

Important Note Regarding Post Office Boxes: Shipping to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes) is exclusively handled by Canada Post. Specific shipping fees will apply for any delivery to a P.O. Box, regardless of the order total.

Order Processing Times

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours following order processing.

• Please note: This timeframe may be extended during periods of high order volume or statutory holidays. We cannot guarantee the delivery timeframe provided by the carriers during these periods.

2. Pricing and Shipping Fees

The amount required to qualify for free shipping is calculated based on the order total before taxes and after any promotions are applied.

Exclusion: Gift certificate purchases are not counted towards the minimum amount required for free shipping.

3. Order Tracking

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly on our carriers' websites:

• Nationex
• GLS Canada
• Postes Canada

4. Local Pickup (In-Store Collection)

You have the option to select local pickup when placing your order.

• Availability Time: "Local Pickup" orders are generally ready within 4 business hours following the order placement.

• Notification: You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup.

• Hours:  See the store's opening hours

5. Winter Conditions (Freeze-Sensitive Products)

While product labels may indicate "do not freeze" (a safety measure for storage), the majority of our products can withstand a few freeze/thaw cycles without permanent damage.

• If you receive your products and they are frozen, rest assured that once thawed, they will return to their optimal performance.

• Homogeneous solutions, coatings, and Sio2-type products (often solvent-rich) are chemically very stable and typically will not experience issues with freezing.

6. Liability and Delivery Security (IMPORTANT)

Le Centre de l'auto Élégance relinquishes all responsibility once the package leaves our facility. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they can securely receive their package.

• We are not responsible for stolen packages.

• Signature Required Option: If you wish to ensure that a signature is required upon reception, please note this in the comments section of your order. Additional fees may apply for this option.
