  1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“the Terms”) govern access to and use of the website www.centreautoelegance.ca (the “Site”), operated by Centre de l’Auto Élégance. By using the Site, you agree to all of the Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site.

  1. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Additional methods may be added in the future

Payment with Shop Pay

Shop Pay is a fast and secure payment solution offered by Shopify. It allows customers to complete their purchases with ease through the secure storage of their payment information.

Depending on eligibility, Shop Pay may also offer the option to split a payment into multiple installments, either interest-free or with clearly disclosed terms at checkout. The exact conditions (number of installments, payment schedule, approval) are determined by Shop Pay and its financial partners.

Transactions processed via Shop Pay are protected by the highest security standards in the industry, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of personal and financial data.

  1. Shipping – Methods and Timeframes

Centre de l’Auto Élégance ships via:

  • Nationex

  • GLS Canada

  • Canada Post

Standard processing time: 24 to 48 business hours.
During peak periods: 2 to 3 business days.

  1. Price Accuracy – Customer Responsibilities

Prices may change without notice. An order may be cancelled in the event of a pricing error or unavailability. The price paid at the time of purchase is the final price.

Before purchasing, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify the compatibility of the product with their vehicle. Descriptions are provided for reference only.

Cancellations
Fees ranging from 5% to 20% may apply.

Invalid Address or Failed Delivery

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, or if the carrier cannot deliver due to the recipient’s absence:

  • The package may be returned automatically.

  • The customer must cover the cost of reshipping + a $5 handling fee.

  • Carriers may charge fees for multiple delivery attempts, entirely at the customer’s expense.

  • The customer must ensure they are present or able to receive the package securely.

Damaged Items
Any damage must be reported within 48 hours.

  1. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are subject to a 20% handling fee

  • Return window: 15 days

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • No returns on electrical, battery-powered, or liquid products (final sales)

  • Returned items must be new, unused, and in original packaging

  • Returns are accepted only with prior approval at info@centredelautoelegance.ca

  • Any unauthorized return will be refused

You may view, print, or download content for personal use.
Reproduction or commercial use of the content is prohibited without written authorization.

The Site and its content are provided “as is.”
No warranty is offered regarding continuous availability or complete accuracy of information.

  1. Important Notice – Delivery Security

Centre de l’Auto Élégance is released from all responsibility once the package leaves our facilities.
We are not responsible for stolen packages.

You may request a mandatory delivery signature (additional fees may apply).

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, combined with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Centre de l’Auto Élégance.
