All returns are subject to a 20% handling charge. Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the order. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return of his order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. No electrical item is returnable or refundable. We accept returns on tooling, after approval. Returned merchandise must not have been used, be in new condition with the original packaging and in perfect condition for use. Please note that the cost of shipping returned merchandise is at the customer's expense. You must contact sales@cquartz.ca first for approval before returning merchandise to us. Unauthorized returns will simply be refused.
No LIQUID product will be taken back or refunded. The products could have been reduced or badly stored, it is therefore impossible for a reason of guarantee of freshness to take back or exchange the products. This is a final sale without warranty.
