Returns and Refund Policy

The following policy governs all returns, exchanges, and refund requests made through our Shopify store.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving the order.

  • All returns are subject to a 20% handling fee.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility.

  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.


Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • be in strictly brand-new condition,

  • not have been used,

  • be returned in its original, complete, and undamaged packaging,

  • be in perfect resalable condition.

Any item that does not meet these criteria may be refused or returned to the customer at their expense.


Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

For safety, hygiene, or supplier compliance reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, with no exceptions:

  • electrical products,

  • battery-powered products,

  • liquid products (freshness cannot be guaranteed).


Tools

We accept returns on tools, provided all general eligibility conditions mentioned above are fully met.


Return Procedure – Mandatory Authorization

Before returning any item, the customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization by contacting:

Any return shipped without prior approval will be automatically refused upon receipt.


Damaged or Defective Items

Any damaged or defective item must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
After this period, no claim can be processed.
