Subscription and pre-order policy

This policy governs the annual membership card with automatic renewal as well as pre-orders offered on our store.


1. Annual Membership Card (Subscription)

1.1 Nature of the subscription

By subscribing to the annual membership card, you agree to a 12-month subscription, automatically renewed upon its expiry.


1.2 Billing methods

  • The full annual amount is billed at the time of subscription .
  • On the anniversary date, the subscription is automatically renewed for a new 12-month period.
  • The registered payment method is automatically debited upon renewal.
  • Payment information is securely stored by our payment processing platform.

1.3 Cancellation

You can cancel automatic renewal at any time before the annual billing date.

  • Cancellation terminates the renewal for the following period.
  • The benefits remain active until the end of the period already paid for.
  • No partial or pro-rata refunds are given for any ongoing period, except where required by applicable law.

Subscription management can be done via the link in the order confirmation email or by contacting our customer service.


1.4 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify the benefits associated with the membership card or the subscription terms. Any changes will be communicated to members before they take effect.


2. Pre-orders

2.1 Definition

A pre-order allows you to reserve a product that is currently out of stock or whose availability is expected at a later date.


2.2 Payment terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of pre-order .
  • No partial payment or deposit is offered.
  • The payment method is debited immediately upon confirmation of the order.

2.3 Processing and shipping

  • If an order contains one or more pre-order items, the entire order will only be shipped when all products are available .
  • Items in stock are not shipped separately, except by prior arrangement or at the applicable additional cost.
  • Availability times are estimates and may vary depending on our suppliers or carriers.

2.4 Cancellation

  • A pre-order can be cancelled as long as it has not been processed or shipped.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • Upon receipt, all refund requests will be processed in accordance with our current return policy.
