The ULTRA Air Bearing Kit is a solution to replace worn bearings on the ULTRA Air Blaster V2.

Over time, condensation in an air compressor can cause moisture to build up in the bearings and cause additional wear. This bearing replacement is a quick and easy solution to give your Blaster a new lease on life!

To replace the bearing, simply unscrew the cone from your ULTRA Air Blaster. Pull the bearing and nozzle out and remove the bearing assembly from the blaster. Clean the inside of the gun with a light cleaner and cotton swabs. Insert a NEW bearing and reassemble the blaster.

Pro Tip: To extend the life of your bearings, we highly recommend an inline filter for your air compressor. This will help separate moisture and prevent it from entering the blaster bearings. It is also recommended to check the bearings every 10-12 uses. Clean the bearing with a microfiber towel and re-lubricate if necessary.
