These terms and conditions govern your use of this website; by using this website, you accept the terms and conditions in full. This website is operated by Centre de l'auto Élégance.
Payment methods
Accepted payment methods are PayPal and the secure interface by Shopify Payments, Powered by Stripe, through which Visa, MasterCard and Amex cards are authorized. Other payment methods may be added at the owner's discretion.
Shipping Methods and Terms
www.centreautoelegance.ca cares about providing you with a quality online shopping experience. Therefore, we use the shipping services of Nationex and Canada Post Expedited Service, which allows us to send your purchases to you within 24 to 48 working days.
www.centreautoelegance.ca will also do everything possible to process your orders within one business day; however, be advised that during busier periods of the website, orders may take up to 2 or 3 business days before being processed and we can go ahead with sending your package.
Price accuracy
The prices displayed on the www.centreautoelegance.ca website are subject to change without notice and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse a sale if there is an error in a price displayed on the site. If an item is no longer available, we will contact you to modify your order or for a refund. No return or exchange due to the reduction or promotion of an article will be accepted. If you buy on the site, the price paid is the final price. All orders are final.
All information must be completed correctly. Cancellation fees of 5 to 20% are applicable for any order cancellation, whether it has been sent or not. Before placing an order, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item in question applies to your vehicle. The descriptions on the site as well as the lists of applications are for informational purposes only and Centredelautoelegance.ca cannot be held responsible if they are inaccurate or incomplete.
You can ask us your questions at any time before making a purchase. If the address you provided us with is not valid and your order is returned, you will be responsible for the cost of the second shipment, as well as a $5 handling charge.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order . If you exceed this time, we will not assume any responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
All returns are subject to a 20% handling charge . Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the order. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return of his order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. No electrical item is returnable or refundable. We accept returns on tooling. Returned merchandise must not have been used, be in new condition with the original packaging and in perfect condition for use. Please note that the cost of shipping returned merchandise is at the customer's expense. You must contact sales@cquartz.ca first for approval before returning merchandise to us. Unauthorized returns will simply be refused.
No LIQUID product will be taken back or refunded . The products could have been reduced or badly stored, it is therefore impossible for a reason of guarantee of freshness to take back or exchange the products. This is a final sale without warranty.
