CARPRO IRONX RUST PARTICLE DECONTAMINANT

IronX's advanced pH-balanced formula (pH-7) safely dissolves ferrous metal contamination caused by automobile brakes and road film on all delicate vehicle surfaces. It can be used on rims, paint, plastic, chrome, glass and alloy.

Iron-X works by forming a water-soluble complex with the iron particles lodged in the surface, allowing them to be removed and clean more thoroughly than a wash or clay alone.

Available in Original Formula, Lemon Scent, and Concentrated Paste for stubborn contaminants, Iron-X is the original and still the world's best acid-free iron particle decontaminant!

IronX vaporizes into a clear liquid. As it works, the liquid begins to loosen dirt and contaminants and changes color to a bright purple/red .

This coloring appears when the product chemically binds to iron particles on the rims or paint of your car, producing a soluble complex that is easy to remove. Stubborn dirt, even that hardened over time by lack of maintenance, may require a little agitation with a brush to get the product to work properly.

After just a few minutes, you can rinse the car thoroughly, ideally using a pressure washer and then wash with CARPRO RESET

  • Ideal for good preparation before the effective application of a wax or sealant of your choice. Allows the product to adhere much better to the paint thanks to a surface free of contaminants.

  • Safe for use on paint, exterior plastics, aluminum, chrome, rims with and without varnish
  • However, it is not recommended to use this product on the fabric roof of convertible vehicles.
  • This product is designed for exclusive use outside the car.

Application:

  • We recommend that you protect your hands and face when using the IronX.
  • Shake the bottle well.
  • You can cover the surface with IronX, but keep in mind that the product is very effective so there is no need to flood the vehicle.
  • Leave the product in place for 5 minutes. Always carry out decontamination in the shade . NEVER allow product to dry in the sun.
  • After this time, you can agitate the product using a sponge or brush before rinsing.
  • We recommend that you keep this cloth or brush only for other uses of IronX. Otherwise, throw away after use.
  • Rinse ABUNDANTLY the surface and other material used.
  • Finish with CARPRO RESET Or  CARPRO HYDROFOAM

When you select a product(s) for pre-order, the order is automatically placed on hold until the product(s) are received.

If you have selected products in stock AND products on pre-order, 2 choices are available to you:

1. Wait until everything is in stock and receive the order in 1 shipment.

2. Obtain the products in stock in a first shipment and those on pre-order in a 2nd shipment, upon receipt of these.

* Preferential fees of $9.95 + tax will apply if the order is shipped in 2 shipments, regardless of the amount.

WINTER SHIPPING

Although product labels say "do not freeze", this does not mean that the product cannot be frozen. It is a security measure that prevents improper storage of the product. The majority of them can withstand a few freeze/thaw cycles. If you have received your products and they are frozen, rest assured that once thawed, they will return to their optimum performance.

Generally speaking, homogeneous solutions will have no problem with freezing, they will not separate.

Coatings, Sio2 type products will not have any problems either, these products are often rich in solvents and very chemically stable.
