CARPRO UltraCut is one of the most versatile cutting compounds you will ever use, suitable for removing all defects.

You can change its cutting capacity by varying your pad choice and hand movement.

UltraCut contains a cocktail of fully diminutive abrasives that correct major defects while producing minimal haze. Combine with a cutting or microfiber pad for extremely effective and efficient defect removal. Switch to the CARPRO orange polishing pad and you can finish hologram-free on even the most sensitive paintwork.

UltraCut is a perfect solution for rotary or DA polishing with very low dust formation and a lubricant that allows the abrasives to be fully used over extended periods. This allows for complete decomposition with less scratches and holograms.

Orbital machine:

  • Prime a clean, dry pad with a very thin layer of compound and add 3-4 additional pea-sized drops of UltraCut.
  • Spread the product on one section.
  • Increase the speed to HIGH (4-5).
  • Use MIN pressure for the first 2-3 passes and increase with each pass.
  • Blow air on the pads often.
  • When the scratches disappear or the varnish has become clear, wipe with an MF towel.
  • Clean the stamp.
  • Move on to the next section, apply 2-4 pea-sized drops to the tampon and repeat steps 2-7.

Rotary machine:

  • Prime a clean, dry pad with a very thin layer of compound and add 3-4 additional pea-sized drops of UltraCut.
  • Spread the product on one section.
  • Keep the polisher at LOW speed (1000-1200 rpm).
  • Use MIN pressure for the first 2-3 passes and increase with each pass up to MAX.
  • Finish with LOW pressure.
  • When the scratches disappear or the varnish has become transparent, wipe with an MF towel.
  • Clean the stamp.
  • Move on to the next section, apply 2-4 pea-sized drops to the tampon and repeat steps 2-7.
