Super Heavy Polishing has become the industry standard for automotive OEM assembly plants as well as professional remanufacturing retailers. Introducing a new generation of scratch-resistant clear coating has proven to be a difficult challenge for conventional varnishes. New polishing technology was needed to remove sanding scratches resulting from the coating repair process. These 2000 grit sanding marks had to be quickly repaired on the assembly line to make sure the line wouldn't get jammed.
