DA COARSE (1 bottle – 125 ml) – DA COARSE is ideal for users who want rapid removal of moderate to severe defects and a smooth user experience. Use with any of the RUPES DA Coarse pads for a solid cut and impressive finish on any type of painted surface.
DA FINE (1 Bottle – 125ml) – DA Fine Polishing Compound provides moderate defect removal as well as incredible finish quality on most paints. The formula has been optimized for easy cleaning and an optimized user experience with any of the DA system's yellow pads.

HOW PRE-ORDERS WORK
When you select a product(s) for pre-order, the order is automatically placed on hold until the product(s) are received.
If you have selected products in stock AND products on pre-order, 2 choices are available to you:
1. Wait until everything is in stock and receive the order in 1 shipment.
2. Obtain the products in stock in a first shipment and those on pre-order in a 2nd shipment, upon receipt of these.
* Preferential fees of $9.95 + tax will apply if the order is shipped in 2 shipments, regardless of the amount.
If you choose the 2 shipments option, please write to us at sales@cquartz.ca , or specify it in a comment on your order. (The comment section is located at the cart stage)
Orders without instructions will be shipped in 1 shipment, when all products are available.
Look out for the blue sticker that says PRE-ORDER when shopping on the website.

Shipping is free for all orders over $50 BEFORE taxes, AFTER promotions.
The price is $9.95 plus tax, for orders under $49.99 before tax.

**Our team is working hard to ship all your orders within our usual 24 to 48 business hours. However, carriers may have additional delivery times due to holidays. We cannot guarantee the delivery time of orders.
WINTER SHIPPING
Although product labels say "do not freeze", this does not mean that the product cannot be frozen. It is a security measure that prevents improper storage of the product. The majority of them can withstand a few freeze/thaw cycles. If you have received your products and they are frozen, rest assured that once thawed, they will return to their optimum performance.Generally speaking, homogeneous solutions will have no problem with freezing, they will not separate.
Coatings, Sio2 type products will not have any problems either, these products are often rich in solvents and very chemically stable.
