CARPRO Descale is our new acidic car shampoo designed for maximum effectiveness against stubborn dirt, hard water, and all types of grime.
It dissolves accumulated contamination that reduces gloss and clogs the surface of neglected paint and coatings. Like many other CARPRO products, it can be used neat to strip waxes and sealants, to prep paint for polishing, or to degrease paint after polishing, as well as to remove road film and minerals from ceramic-coated and uncoated vehicles during regular maintenance washes.
- Foam cannon: 1:10
- Bucket wash: 30 to 40ml (2 to 3 capfuls)
- IK Foam Pro: 1:12 to 1:14
- Removes mineral deposits and stubborn dirt
- Use for thorough paint prep or simply for regular maintenance washes
- For coated or uncoated vehicles
- Safely restores ceramic coating properties
- For light contamination: use Descale as a pre-wash soap and let it dwell as long as possible before rinsing. Follow up with a hand wash.
- For heavier contamination: wash panel by panel, starting with the horizontal panels. Wash the panel and let Descale dwell as long as possible without allowing it to dry.
- Repeat if necessary
- Rinse thoroughly with water.
