RUPES introduces the evolution of the PRECISIONPRO backing pads for random orbital polishers, a project developed to optimize materials and offer a more stable, precise, and durable polishing experience.
These new pads have been designed to improve machine behavior during work, reduce operator fatigue, and maximize the quality of the final result. Their geometry and balancing have been carefully studied to ensure better stability, more uniform pressure, and increased control during correction or finishing stages.
Among the main improvements, the PRECISIONPRO incorporates a new polyurethane interface directly heat-welded to the hook-and-loop material. This technical solution significantly increases the pad's strength, stability, and durability.
The hook-and-loop system has also been improved to offer better pad adhesion and superior long-term reliability, even with intensive use.
