Why pre-order?
Pre-ordering is the best way to ensure you receive our products first with our next arrivals. For each pre-ordered product, the approximate reception date is indicated on the product page.
Processing an order with a pre-ordered product
If an order contains one or more pre-ordered items, the entire order will only be shipped once all products are available.
Does your order contain pre-ordered and in-stock products?
If you have an order containing a pre-ordered product and an in-stock product, please note that in-stock products are not shipped separately. If you wish to receive your in-stock product before your pre-order, you must place 2 separate orders. Normal delivery rules apply.
Payment terms
- Full payment is required at the time of pre-order.
- No partial payments or deposits are offered.
- The payment method is debited immediately upon order confirmation.
Canceling a pre-order
- A pre-order can be canceled as long as it has not been processed or shipped.
- Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
- After reception, any refund request will be processed according to our current return policy.
