The RUPES BigFoot LHR21 Mark V polisher represents a real breakthrough in the professional polishing sector.
This polisher features a ⌀150 mm backing pad and a 21 mm orbit and is distinguished by a series of technical innovations aimed at improving performance and comfort, offering more precise and efficient polishing.
Reduced vibration and silence with POLYSYNTHEC™ gears
A key innovation of the Mark V is the use of POLYSYNTHEC™ composite gears, which offer superior wear resistance even in the most demanding working conditions. These gears are lighter than traditional metal gears and require less lubrication, improving motor efficiency and reducing energy losses. The result is a drastic reduction in vibration and noise, improving comfort during prolonged use. The reduction in vibration is particularly important because it allows the operator to maintain a more stable grip, improving the precision of movements and the quality of polishing. It also reduces fatigue during long work sessions, ensuring consistent and professional results. The 47% reduction in noise compared to previous models, however, makes the working environment quieter and more pleasant, protecting the operator's hearing.
PrecisionPro pads and low center of gravity for optimal control
The BigFoot Mark V polishers also introduce the new PrecisionPro pads, designed to ensure optimum balance when using different pads. These pads feature a rubber protective edge, which provides greater safety when polishing delicate surfaces, reducing the risk of accidental damage. This allows the operator to work with greater confidence, even on sensitive surfaces such as edges or particularly delicate bodywork parts. Another notable innovation is the low centre of gravity of the Mark V polishers. Lowered by 13 mm compared to previous models, it allows for unrivalled stability and superior tool control, especially in complex working situations. With a lower centre of gravity, the operator can manoeuvre the polisher with greater precision, even when working on complex surfaces or intricate details.

HOW PRE-ORDERS WORK
When you select a product(s) for pre-order, the order is automatically placed on hold until the product(s) are received.
If you have selected products in stock AND products on pre-order, 2 choices are available to you:
1. Wait until everything is in stock and receive the order in 1 shipment.
2. Obtain the products in stock in a first shipment and those on pre-order in a 2nd shipment, upon receipt of these.
* Preferential fees of $9.95 + tax will apply if the order is shipped in 2 shipments, regardless of the amount.
If you choose the 2 shipments option, please write to us at sales@cquartz.ca , or specify it in a comment on your order. (The comment section is located at the cart stage)
Orders without instructions will be shipped in 1 shipment, when all products are available.

The price is $9.95 plus tax, for orders under $49.99 before tax.

WINTER SHIPPING
Although product labels say "do not freeze", this does not mean that the product cannot be frozen. It is a security measure that prevents improper storage of the product. The majority of them can withstand a few freeze/thaw cycles. If you have received your products and they are frozen, rest assured that once thawed, they will return to their optimum performance.Generally speaking, homogeneous solutions will have no problem with freezing, they will not separate.
Coatings, Sio2 type products will not have any problems either, these products are often rich in solvents and very chemically stable.
