FLEX makes a big splash at SEMA 2026!
It's official! This November 3, 2026, FLEX unveils a major new product in the world of automotive aesthetics: the all-new FLEX FX3361 24V 3-in-1 cordless mini polisher.
Unveiled at the prestigious 2026 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, this new generation of mini polisher promises to transform the way professionals and enthusiasts approach paint correction and finishing work.
With its innovative concept, FLEX offers a solution that combines three distinct polishing systems in a single compact cordless tool.
And that's just the beginning!
Three polishing modes. One machine.
This is the major new feature of the FX3361.
While detailing specialists generally have to use different tools depending on the type of correction desired, FLEX now brings three movements together in a single mini polisher.
-
Rotary mode: for targeted correction and precise cutting work on paint defects.
-
Free orbital mode: with three amplitudes of 3 mm, 6 mm, and 12 mm, to adapt the level of correction and the quality of the finish.
-
Forced orbital mode: with a 6 mm orbit, combining orbital movement and mechanical driven rotation to maintain a constant action.
Thanks to its tool-free quick change system, it becomes possible to switch from one configuration to another in a few moments.
The FX3361 also accepts 1, 2, and 3-inch pads, offering remarkable versatility for narrow surfaces as well as for more extensive correction work.
A mini polisher that pushes the limits of precision
FLEX did not simply focus on polishing performance. The manufacturer also incorporated several technologies that are particularly interesting for professionals.
Built-in inspection lighting
One of the most remarkable innovations is undoubtedly its built-in LED lighting system with three color temperatures.
With settings of 2,500 K, 4,500 K, and 6,500 K, this lighting allows you to observe the surface under different lighting conditions to better detect micro-scratches, holograms, and imperfections during work.
A particularly useful feature when looking for a flawless finish.
Glove-compatible touch control
Another feature: the FX3361 includes a touch electronic control allowing you to adjust the speed, even with nitrile gloves.
Its LED display allows you to view the operating speed, while a locking function prevents accidental changes during use.
With its 14 speed settings, the user has precise control to adapt their work.
Less vibration, more comfort
The new mini polisher also uses a belt drive system designed to reduce vibration and noise levels.
Weighing approximately 2 lb (0.91 kg) without the battery, its compact and ergonomic format makes it easy to work on door jambs, bumpers, mirrors, body lines, and other hard-to-reach areas.
FLEX 24V power at the service of detailing
Unlike some compact models using lower-voltage battery platforms, the new FX3361 runs on the FLEX 24V lithium-ion battery system.
This platform relies on power, battery life, and thermal management to meet the demands of professional users.
The manufacturer offers, among other things, a complete FX3361-2A kit, including the mini polisher, batteries, a 160 W fast charger, and several accessories allowing you to make use of its different configurations.
A new step for FLEX
With the FX3361, FLEX confirms its ambition to develop tools specially adapted to the demands of modern automotive aesthetics.
The combination of the three polishing movements, quick adapter changes, built-in lighting, and touch control makes this new product a particularly interesting offering for specialized workshops.
One machine, several correction methods, and cordless freedom of movement: that is what sets this new generation of mini polisher apart.
