Like the original PERL, it restores the richness and depth of plastics, rubbers, vinyls, and leathers, with a finish that can vary from matte to semi-gloss depending on the dilution used.

The new formula retains the UV inhibitors and the versatility that made PERL famous, while improving the longevity of the aesthetic effect and water repellency.
